- Download and submit the application form.
- Pay the application fee via our payment page. Applications are not considered complete until the City receives the application fee.
- Application Review: You may be asked to provide more information or asked to clarify information previously provided.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are applying for a hosted homeshare, you will need to provide proof of residency. City Hall is open to the public Monday through Wednesday, 9 am to 4 pm. - Once the application is complete, and there are licenses available, a license will be issued.
- If you are denied a license, you may appeal within 14 days of the date of decision (see FAQ).
- If there are no licenses available, your application will be held until one becomes available. Licenses are issued on a first come basis.
- If a license is issued, you will receive it via the email provided on your application.
