Mosier does not have USPS delivery to addresses within city limits; residents must get a PO Box and pay for it either semi-annually or annually. Just walk in to the post office and say you need to get a PO Box.
Complicating matters is that some Fedex and UPS ground packages are also delivered to the post office. If you run into a situation where a PO Box is not accepted, use your street address with your PO Box added to the end like an apartment, for instance: 123 Main St #789
