In 2021, the City of Mosier convened a committee, including community members, city councilors, and staff, to draft a set of recommendations for short-term rental (STR) policy within the City of Mosier.
Over the course of two years, the Committee researched, deliberated, and developed a list of recommendations intended to reflect the unique values and qualities of the community. The recommendations were incorporated into a draft ordinance and the City Council is in the process of reviewing and finalizing the ordinance.
