NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CITY PLANNER CONTRACT
The City of Mosier, Oregon (the “City”) intends to establish a Personal Services contract for an on-call City Planner as described below in accordance with Oregon Revised Statutes 279C and Mosier Code section 3.01.090.
Procurement Description
The City intends to enter into a contract with Lisa Smith, Land Use Planning Consultant, to provide ongoing land use planning services as the City’s contract city planner.
Estimated Amount of Procurement over the next 3 years: $60,000
Comments
Any vendor wishing to comment on this intent to award a personal services contract must submit such comment within seven days of the issuance of this notice to Andrea Rogers, City Manager at manager@cityofmosier.gov or P.O. Box 456, Mosier, Oregon 97040. Any comments must include sufficient information to identify this notice. The City will provide a written determination to any vendor that has submitted timely comments.
