II. ADJOURN TO EXECUTIVE SESSION
a. The Mosier City Council will meet in Executive Session pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(h) to consult with legal counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed.
The executive session is closed to the public. Only those persons whose attendance is requested and those who must be allowed to attend pursuant to ORS 192.660 will be allowed to attend.

III. Resume Special Meeting
a. Council to take action, if any, resulting from the Executive Session discussion.
