— a. The Mosier City Council will meet in Executive Session pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(h) To consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation.
The Executive Session is closed to the public. Only those persons whose attendance is requested and
those who must be allowed to attend pursuant to ORS 192.660 will be allowed to attend.

— a. Council to take action, if any, resulting from the Executive Session Discussion.
