The prior announcement of July 8, 2026, quoted the incorrect ORS of 279C for contracting with a City Planner. The following announcement corrects the error, using ORS 279B.

The City of Mosier, Oregon (the “City”) intends to establish a Personal Services contract for an on-call City Planner as described below in accordance with Oregon Revised Statutes 279B.070 (intermediate procurement) and Mosier Code section 3.01.070.
Procurement Description
The City intends to enter into a contract with Lisa Smith, Land Use Planning Consultant, to provide ongoing land use planning services as the City’s contract city planner.
Estimated Amount of Procurement over the next 3 years: between $60,000 and $150,000

Any vendor wishing to comment on this award of a personal services contract must submit such comment within seven days of the issuance of this notice to Andrea Rogers, City Manager at manager@cityofmosier.gov or P.O. Box 456, Mosier, Oregon 97040. Comments must include sufficient information to identify this notice. The City will provide a written determination to any vendor that has submitted timely comments.
