To ensure City Council members have adequate time to review submitted materials, all written public comments intended for inclusion in a City Council meeting packet must be received by the City Recorder no later than Thursday prior to the scheduled Council meeting (see the meeting calendar for scheduled dates).
Public comments received after the Thursday deadline will not be included in the upcoming meeting materials and will instead be held for consideration at the next regularly scheduled Council meeting.
