The Mosier City Council will conduct a Public Hearing beginning at 6:00 p.m. on June 4, 2025, at the Mosier Senior Center, to consider a conditional use permit and a site plan review to allow a public skate park in the Commercial (C-1) zone. The site is identified on Wasco County Assessor tax maps as 2N 11E 1 – 700, with the address 1009 First Ave. The application must meet Mosier Zoning Code 15.05.030 and 15.06.040, in addition to supplementary provisions and base zone requirements.
